1. About Us

Huescout ("Huescout", "we", "us", or "our") is an apparel sourcing and export brand that connects businesses with trusted manufacturing partners in India. Our services are primarily intended for wholesale buyers, distributors, retailers, private-label brands, and businesses seeking bulk apparel sourcing.

2. Acceptance of Orders

Submitting an inquiry through the Website does not constitute an order or create a binding contract. All orders are finalized only after the following conditions have been satisfied:

• Mutual agreement between both parties.
• Confirmation of product specifications.
• Agreement on pricing and delivery terms.
• Receipt of the advance payment in accordance with our company policy.

NH Premium Traders reserves the right to accept or decline any inquiry or order at its discretion.

3. Product Information

We strive to present product descriptions, specifications, colors, and images as accurately as reasonably possible. However, slight variations may occur due to fabric characteristics, lighting, photography, screen settings, dyeing processes, and reasonable manufacturing tolerances. Product images are provided for reference purposes only unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Pricing

All quotations provided by Huescout are valid only for the period specified in the relevant quotation. Prices may change without prior notice due to fluctuations in raw material costs, exchange rates, freight charges, government regulations, taxes, duties, or other factors beyond our reasonable control. Final pricing shall be as stated in the quotation or other commercial document mutually accepted by both parties.

5. Payment Terms

Payments shall be made through approved online payment methods or bank transfer, as specified by Huescout. Production will commence only after receipt of the agreed advance payment, unless otherwise agreed in writing. The balance payment and any other payment conditions shall be governed by the mutually accepted quotation, purchase order, sales contract, or other applicable commercial agreement.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping and delivery terms shall be mutually agreed upon and may be conducted under applicable Incoterms® rules, as specified in the relevant quotation or commercial agreement. Where requested and subject to availability, Huescout may assist in arranging door-to-door delivery through third-party logistics partners.

Delivery schedules are estimates only and may vary due to production timelines, customs clearance, shipping delays, port congestion, weather conditions, transportation disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

7. Returns, Cancellations & Refunds

As Huescout primarily deals in customized and bulk business orders, the following conditions apply:

• Orders cannot be cancelled once production has commenced, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Returns are not accepted for bulk or customized orders, except where expressly agreed in writing or required under applicable law.
• Refunds are not provided except where expressly agreed in writing by NH Premium Traders or where required under applicable law.

Any manufacturing defects, quality concerns, shortages, or other material discrepancies must be reported promptly after delivery, with reasonable supporting evidence, for review.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Website, including logos, branding, text, photographs, graphics, product presentations, designs, and other materials, is the property of NH Premium Traders or is used with appropriate authorization. No material from the Website may be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, published, or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission from NH Premium Traders, except where permitted by applicable law.

Users agree not to:

• Use the Website for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.
• Submit false, inaccurate, or misleading information.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the total aggregate liability of NH Premium Traders arising in connection with a particular purchase order shall not exceed the value of the relevant purchase order, except where such limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

11. Force Majeure

NH Premium Traders shall not be responsible for delays or failure to perform its obligations to the extent caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, strikes, pandemics, epidemics, transportation disruptions, port congestion, customs delays, war, civil unrest, or other unforeseen circumstances.

12. Privacy

Information submitted through the Website will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We use customer information for legitimate business purposes, including business communication, quotation preparation, order processing, logistics coordination, customer support, and related services, subject to applicable law.

13. Changes to These Terms

NH Premium Traders reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The revised version will become effective upon publication on the Website, unless otherwise stated. Users are encouraged to review these Terms periodically.

14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Subject to any mandatory jurisdictional requirements under applicable law, any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh, India.
